Oachira Upasabha has conducted one
day seminar on 2nd March 2014 at Ramavarma L P School, Krishnapuram.
The inaugural session was started at 10.30 AM with a flagship prayer of Yogakshemasabha.
Vanitha wing president Smt. Komalam Antharjanam welcomed the gathering. After
presidential address by Brahmasri. Sureshkumar Potty, Upasabha president,
formal inauguration was done by Yogakshemasabha General Secretary Brahmasri.

First session started at 11 AM based
on Gynecology awareness by Dr. Ganga Antharjanam from Tiruvalla upasabha. The
session was an interactive type and benefited all those who were present. The
session winded up by 1 PM with a doubt clearing and feedback.
After lunch break, the second session
started at 2 PM based on overcoming exam stress in students by Smt. Savithri
Antharjanam from Vettikavala upasabha. It was a motivating session to not only
young generation, but parents also. The interactive session winded up by 4 PM.
